2. Use of Dance Coins

Dance Coins can be used for the following transactions:

Purchase of dance courses.
Purchase of individual dance lessons or a subscription for multiple lessons.
Purchase of choreography creation services.
Hiring a dance partner.
Purchase of Dancers Space merchandise.

Future services and products may be added to this list as the platform evolves.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

To purchase Dance Coins, users may utilize the following payment methods:

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Debit cards.
Other payment methods, such as electronic wallets or bank transfers.

4. Minimum and Maximum Purchase Limits

The minimum amount for purchasing Dance Coins is set at $20, and the maximum amount is capped at $500 per transaction.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds for Dance Coins are generally not available. However, in the case where a lesson, event, or service is canceled by the organizer, Dance Coins equivalent to the cost of the service will be returned to the user’s account. Refunds will not be issued in any other form.

6. Currency Crediting

Dance Coins will be credited to the user's account immediately after the payment is successfully processed. Users can check their balance in their account dashboard.

7. Customer Supports

A live chat support service is available to assist users with payment-related issues, including difficulties with transactions or questions about their account balance. Users can access this support directly on the Dancers Space platform.

8. Validity of Dance Coins

Dance Coins do not have an expiration date and will remain in the user’s account until spent.

9. Fees and Commissions

No fees or commissions will be charged to users during the purchase of Dance Coins or their use in acquiring services. However, a 5% commission will be charged to the service providers who sell their services or courses through the platform. This fee will be deducted from their earnings.

10. Currency Value Adjustments

The value of Dance Coins is fixed and will not change frequently. Any potential changes to the currency's exchange rate or value will be communicated to users in advance. However, significant changes in the platform’s operating environment may necessitate a review and adjustment of this policy.

11. Fraud Prevention and Security

Dancers Space OÜ reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected. We use advanced security measures to protect our users' financial data, but users must ensure their account information is kept secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

Dancers Space OÜ is not responsible for any delays or failures in payment processing caused by the user’s payment service provider, third-party technical issues, or external factors beyond our control. Any discrepancies in Dance Coin balances should be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.

13. Modification of Terms

Dancers Space OÜ reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform and its services following these changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Payment Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

All content, logos, and trademarks associated with Dancers Space OÜ and the Dance Coins are the intellectual property of Dancers Space OÜ. Any unauthorized use of these assets may result in legal action.

16. Force Majeure

Dancers Space OÜ shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance under this Payment Policy caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

Dancers Space OÜ makes no guarantees regarding the availability, functionality, or uninterrupted access to the platform or the services offered through it. While we strive to ensure smooth operations, technical issues or external factors may occasionally interfere with service delivery.

18. Termination of Services

Dancers Space OÜ reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user’s access to the platform and their Dance Coins without prior notice if there is a breach of this Payment Policy or any suspicious activity related to the user's account.
